To collaborate on a pass types, users need permission to access it. The master user (the first user created when setting up an account) automatically has permission to everything in the account. Other users require explicit permissions to access pass types.
When you set permissions on a pass type, these permissions automatically apply to the guest lists in all events it's linked to.
To create new user accounts, account admins can select Manage users, or go to Settings (main menu) > Users.

When you select a user, you can grant these permissions:
Admin — Full control over the pass type, including managing other users' permissions
View guests — See all passes on the pass type
Add guests — Add new passes to the pass type
Permissions set on a pass type automatically apply to the guest lists in all events where it's linked. This ensures consistent access control across your entire event ecosystem.
Individual user accounts — Give colleagues, partners, and promoters their own accounts to track activity and maintain accountability
Limit access appropriately — Grant only necessary permissions, especially for shared pass types used across multiple events
