General data protection regulation (GDPR)

As of 2018-05-25, if you are processing personal data using Attendium you most likely need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us in order to be compliant.
To make this as quick and painless for you as possible, we have added a GDPR tab in the Account section where you can accept the DPA by the click of a button.

Step by step instructions on how to create & accept the DPA:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click your username in the top right corner and then Account
  3. Make sure all your company details are correct as these will be the ones added to the DPA.
  4. Go to the GDPR tab
  5. Preview the agreement template if you wish, and when you are ready press the "Accept data processing agreement” button.
  6. You can now view & print the DPA. Even if you don´t, it will be stored with your account.
