Ticket purchase terms

These terms apply when you buy tickets or register for an event through Attendium.

Who you are buying from

Attendium is a platform that event organizers use to sell tickets and manage guests. The event organizer — not Attendium — is the seller of your ticket and your contractual counterparty. The organizer is solely responsible for the event, including its execution, changes, postponement or cancellation.

Refunds and cancellations

The organizer sets and is responsible for the refund and cancellation policy for its event. For refund requests, contact the organizer.

The Attendium service fee shown at checkout is a fee for using the platform and is non-refundable, including when a ticket is refunded, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment service provider. Attendium never stores your card number.

Your ticket

The ticket is valid according to the conditions set by the organizer (for example named admission, age limits or entry times, where stated). Keep your ticket and its QR code private — anyone with the code may be admitted in your place.

Your data

Details you provide when buying a ticket or registering are shared with the event organizer, which is responsible for how it uses them. Attendium's handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Contact

For questions about the event, your ticket or refunds, contact the event organizer. For platform issues (payment problems, ticket not received), contact support@attendium.com.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you always retain the right to bring claims in accordance with mandatory applicable law.
