Create an event template

Note: To create an event template, you need the Admin permission on a venue. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to create an event template

  1. Go to Events (main menu) > Templates tab
  2. Select New event template (or ➕ button on mobile)
  3. Fill in the template details:
    • Name (required)
    • Venue (required)
  4. Select Create

The system will redirect you to your new event template where you can configure guest lists, custom fields, and permissions that will be shared across all events using this template.
