The event status bar provides a quick overview of check-in progress. When you're in the event view (Events > your event), you'll see a counter showing how many tickets are checked in out of the total.
For comprehensive event analytics:
The analytics table displays several columns:
Added by — Shows who added the guests. Select this column header to cycle through different grouping options:
Total tickets — The complete count of all tickets, including free tickets. Select the column header to switch to "Total names" view (where "John Smith +2" counts as 1 name instead of 3 tickets).
Free tickets — Number of complimentary tickets issued.
Checked in tickets — Total tickets that have been checked in, including free tickets.
Checked in free tickets — Number of free tickets that have been checked in.
Note: Deleted tickets are tracked for transparency. If you check in a guest's ticket and later delete it, the column will display "0 (+1 deleted)".
The analytics automatically refresh while you're online, giving you real-time updates during your event.
Enter a query in the search bar to filter the analytics table and focus on specific data.
Select Export to download the analytics as an Excel file for further analysis or reporting.
This page covers one event only. For figures across every event you can access, see Analytics.
