Event Analytics combines real-time check-in figures with charts for one event. Use it to monitor attendance, compare guest groups, understand trends and export the figures.
Note: To view event analytics, you need the View guests permission on the event. Learn more about Permissions.
Go to Events > your event > Analytics. Live stats shows the current totals for the event and updates in real time while you are online.
Use the selectors next to Live stats to group the figures by guest list, who added the guests, or a combination of both. You can count either tickets or names. A guest added as John Smith +2 counts as three tickets and one name.
The table shows total, free, checked-in and checked-in free figures. Use Search live stats to filter the displayed groups.
Deleted figures are shown separately after the current count. For example, 0 (+1 deleted) means one ticket was deleted and none remain. Where a ticket limit applies to the selected grouping, the limit is shown after the current count.
Note: Exporting is available only on plans that include Data exports.
The Excel workbook includes every available Live stats grouping and both ticket and name figures. It is not limited by the current search.
Go to Events > your event > Analytics and scroll below Live stats. The charts cover check-in rate, estimated gender, guest additions, invitation signups and check-ins over time.
Each chart has its own period selector. Charts with additional selectors can count tickets or names and break the figures down in different ways.
For charts about additions, invitation signups, estimated gender and check-in rate, the period uses when guests were added. For the check-in chart, it uses when guests were checked in.
The estimated gender chart appears only when Gender estimation is enabled. Invitation signup locations are estimated from IP addresses. See Analytics for more about estimated data.
Live stats updates in real time while you are online. The charts refresh periodically. The current chart refresh interval and the time of the latest refresh are shown at the top of the page.
Historical charts can retain additions and check-ins for tickets that were later deleted, while Live stats shows current figures with deleted counts separately. Different periods and refresh times can therefore make the figures differ.
