Export event guests

Note: To view and export guests, you need the View guests permission. Users can always see and export guests they've added themselves, even without view guests permission. Learn more about Permissions.

Export creates an Excel file containing your filtered guests.

Steps to export guests

1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
2. Apply any search filters (see Search and check in guests at an event)
3. Select More
4. Switch to the Export tab
5. Select Download

The export includes only guests matching your current filters.
