Creating a personal invitation

In the event view, find the Invitations section and ensure that the "Personal" tab is selected. To create a new personal invitation, click New Invitation situated below the list of invitations.
This will take you to the personal invitation creation page:
Once you have selected a template, utilize the preview on the right-hand side during invitation setup to see how your final invitation page will appear before publishing.
Fields
First & last name
If you have the guest's name, please enter it in the designated field. This will lock the invitation to that specific name and prevent any changes by the invitee. However, if you choose not to enter a name, the invitee will have the flexibility to enter any name they prefer.
Ticket count
By default, one ticket is offered to each invitee. However, you have the flexibility to specify the number of tickets available for selection, in addition to allowing the invitee to add more tickets if desired. It is important to note that this setting does not override the limits set in the template but instead establishes an additional limit that is combined with them. For instance, if the template defines a limit of 2 tickets per guest list, and you set it to 3 here, the effective limit will still be 2.
Description
Enter a description for your own reference. This field can be useful if you have a specific reference or information about the invitee that you would like to note down, such as "CEO of company X" when you don't have their name readily available.
Template
To create a personalized invitation, it is necessary to utilize an invitation template. This approach is required since personal invitations are typically created in large quantities, making it impractical to configure the design and other invitation settings individually for each one. By using an invitation template, you streamline the process and avoid repetitive setup for every personalized invitation you create.
E-mail address
If you have the email address of the invitee and intend to use the mass-sendout invitation functionality, it is recommended to fill in this optional field. By providing the email address, the invitation will not be automatically sent out. Instead, you will be presented with the option to perform a sendout to all non-shared invoices simultaneously from the invitations page. This functionality allows for efficient management of multiple invitations and ensures that the invitations are sent out in a controlled manner according to your preferences.
