Invitations explained
With invitations, you can provide your guests with the option to RSVP or purchase guest list spots or tickets for your event. You have the flexibility to choose which guest lists the invitee can select, design the form to capture the required data, and even customize the invitation page with files and images.
Additionally, you can enable the generation of a unique QR code for each guest after they RSVP or purchase a ticket. This QR code can be used for seamless check-in and access control during the event.
Confirmed guests and purchased tickets are instantly incorporated into your event and synchronized across all devices.
Invitation Types
When it comes to invitations, it's essential to choose the right type based on your situation. Here are the two invitation types available:
Open invitations
Open invitations are suitable when you want to post or send a link to a group of people, granting access to anyone with the link. Guests can easily RSVP or purchase tickets for themselves or others.
Personal invitations
Personal invitations shine when you prefer to send one unique link to each individual instead of a shared link. This approach allows you to maintain a higher level of personalization and control over the invitation process. You can even pre-set the guest's name, ensuring that only the intended recipient can use the link to RSVP or purchase tickets. To streamline the invitation creation process, you need to set up at least one invitation template. This saves you from designing each invitation individually.
Templates
For efficiency with bulk invitations, consider designing a template. This allows you to craft the design just once and utilize it for numerous invitations. As an event administrator, you have the added benefit of sharing templates with fellow team members, empowering them to distribute invitations that maintain a consistent aesthetic and message.
