Set up MCP

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external services. Once integrated with Attendium, you can manage events, guest lists, passes and more through conversation.

Attendium MCP Server URL: https://api.attendium.com/mcp

Note: Initial connection requires signing in with your Attendium account.

Recommendation: For the best, most reliable results and fastest performance, we recommend using Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Claude Code).

Example prompts

Once connected, try prompts like these:

• "Add John and Amanda Smith to the VIP list for today's event. Both free."
• "Create events for this weekend, same structure as last weekend."
• "Check if John Smith was checked in at any event in the last month."
• "How many guests are checked in at tonight's event?"
• "Give Sarah Johnson a season pass and send it to sarah@example.com."
• "Create an event from the Friday Night template for next Friday, 8 PM to 2 AM."

Claude

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop

1. Go to Settings > Connectors
2. Select Add custom connector
3. Enter https://api.attendium.com/mcp as the server URL
4. Select Add

Claude Code

Execute this terminal command:

claude mcp add attendium https://api.attendium.com/mcp

ChatGPT

Note: ChatGPT MCP connectors require a Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise or Edu plan with Developer Mode enabled.

Enable Developer Mode

1. Go to Settings > Connectors > Advanced
2. Toggle Developer Mode on

Add the connector

1. Go to Settings > Connectors
2. Select Create
3. Enter "Attendium" as the name
4. Enter https://api.attendium.com/mcp as the server URL
5. Select Create

Use in a conversation

1. Start a new conversation
2. Select + button > More > Developer Mode
3. Enable the Attendium connector

Gemini

Gemini supports MCP via the Gemini CLI.

Execute this terminal command:
