Edit and delete guests
To edit or delete individual guests, you need to access the guest details within your event. You can also delete multiple guests at once by removing entire guest lists.
Note: You can edit and delete guests you've added yourself. With Admin permissions, you can also edit and delete guests added by other users. Learn more about permissions.
Edit a guest
- Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
- Find your guest using the search function
- Select the guest to open their details panel
- Make your changes in the details panel
- Select Save
Delete a guest
- Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
- Find your guest using the search function
- Select the guest to open their details panel
- Select the trash can icon at the top of the panel
Delete multiple guests
To delete a large number of guests at once, you can delete an entire guest list:
- Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Settings > Guest lists
- Find the guest list you want to delete
- Delete the guest list
Note: Deleting a guest list will permanently remove all guests within that list.
