Because a personal invitation goes to one person, Attendium keeps track of whether it has been shared and how the invitee responded. On Invitations (main menu) > Personal, the Shared column shows a check mark once the invitation has been sent by email, shared from the app or responded to, and the Response column shows Accepted or Declined.
An invitation is accepted when the invitee completes a sign-up through it, including buying a ticket. It is declined when the invitee selects Decline invitation on the invitation page, where they can enter a reason, or follows the decline link in the invitation email. A declined invitation can no longer be used to sign up.
To show all invitations again, select More > Reset.
The response is shown above the invitation settings: No response yet, Accepted on a date, or Declined on a date with the reason if the invitee gave one.
If an invitee declined by mistake or changed their mind, clear the response so they can respond again.
NoteUsers can clear responses to invitations they've created themselves. With the Admin permission on the event, users can also clear responses to invitations created by others. Learn more about Permissions.
An accepted response cannot be cleared.
