Edit or delete event guests

Note: Users can edit and delete guests they've added themselves. With Admin permission, users can edit and delete guests added by others. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to edit a guest

  1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
  2. Search for and select the guest (see Search and check in guests at an event)
  3. Edit the guest details in the panel to the right
  4. Select Save

Steps to delete a guest

  1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
  2. Search for and select the guest
  3. Select the trash can icon at the top of the panel

Delete multiple guests

To delete a large number of guests:

  1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Settings > Guest lists
  2. Delete the guest list

Deleting a guest list removes all guests in it.
