Export event guests

Export creates an Excel file containing your filtered guests.

Note

Users can always export the guests they've added themselves. To export guests added by others, you need the View guests permission. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to export guests

1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
2. Apply any search filters (see Search and check in guests at an event)
3. Select Export (or More > Export on mobile)
4. Select Download

The export includes only guests matching your current filters.
