View event log

The event log tracks all guest-related activities, providing an audit trail for your event. This includes when guests were added, modified, or checked in—even keeping records of deleted guests.

View individual guest log

To see the activity history for a specific guest:

  1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
  2. Search for and select a guest (see Search and check in guests at an event for details)
  3. In the guest details panel, find the Log section

The guest log displays:

  • When the guest was added
  • When tickets were added or deleted
  • When tickets were checked in

View complete event log

For a comprehensive view of all guest activities across your entire event:

  1. Go to Events > your event > Log

The master log shows all guest-related events for everyone in your event, making it easy to track overall activity and maintain accountability. Since deleted guests remain in the log, you can always review the complete history of your event management.
