View event stats
The event status bar provides a quick overview of check-in progress. When you're in the event view (Events > your event), you'll see a counter showing how many tickets are checked in out of the total.
Access detailed stats
For comprehensive event stats:
- Go to Events > your event > Stats
- View the stats table with detailed breakdowns
Understanding the stats table
The stats table displays several columns:
Added by — Shows who added the guests. Select this column header to cycle through different grouping options:
- Guest list
- Added by / Guest list
- Guest list / Added by
Total tickets — The complete count of all tickets, including free tickets. Select the column header to switch to "Total names" view (where "John Smith +2" counts as 1 name instead of 3 tickets).
Free tickets — Number of complimentary tickets issued.
Checked in tickets — Total tickets that have been checked in, including free tickets.
Checked in free tickets — Number of free tickets that have been checked in.
Note: Deleted tickets are tracked for transparency. If you check in a guest's ticket and later delete it, the column will display "0 (+1 deleted)".
Working with stats
The stats automatically refresh while you're online, giving you real-time updates during your event.
Filter stats
Enter a query in the search bar to filter the stats table and focus on specific data.
Export stats
Select Export to download the stats as an Excel file for further analysis or reporting.
