Sharing a guest confirmation

You can share a link to a guest's confirmation, which shows the event details, the guest's details and, if you have enabled them, their QR codes.

Note

Users can share the confirmations of guests they've added themselves. With the Admin permission on the guest list the guest is on, users can share confirmations of guests added by others. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to share a guest confirmation

  1. Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Guests
  2. Search for and select the guest (see Search and check in guests at an event)
  3. Select the share icon at the top of the guest details panel
