The Passes tab of a pass type lists its passes. Search it the way you search guests, narrow it down with filters and sorting, and export the result to Excel or CSV.
To view passes, you need the View guests permission on the pass type. Learn more about Permissions.
Steps to search for a pass
- Go to Passes (main menu) > your pass type > Passes
- Type in the search field. As with guests, you can type initials or the first letters of each name, in any order
- Select the pass to open its details
Steps to filter and sort passes
- Go to Passes (main menu) > your pass type > Passes
- Select More (next to the search field) > Filters
- Set any of the following:
- Checked in — All, Yes or No. For Yes or No, use From and To to apply the filter to a date range
- Custom fields — which custom fields the search also matches. The selected fields are shown as columns in the list
- Added by — show only passes added by the selected users
- Sort by — First name, Last name or a custom field
To go back to the default view, select More > Filters > Reset.
Steps to export passes
- Go to Passes (main menu) > your pass type > Passes
- Search and filter the passes if needed (select More > Filters)
- Select More > Export
- Select Export to Excel file or Export to CSV file
The export includes only the passes matching your current search and filters. It contains the holder's first and last name, total guests, free guests when Track free guests is on (see Add or import event guests) or any exported pass has free guests, who added the pass and every custom field that has a value on at least one exported pass. With the Admin permission on the pass type, the export also includes a URL column with each holder's pass link (see Send passes to holders).
