Connect Instagram

Connect your Instagram Business or Creator accounts from Connections.

Connections belong to the Attendium user whose Connections page you are viewing. You can connect several Instagram accounts, but each Instagram account can be connected to only one Attendium user at a time.

To manage another user’s connections, you need the Admin permission on their account. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to connect Instagram

  1. Go to Settings (main menu) > Connections for your login, or Settings > Users > the user > Connections
  2. Select Connect Instagram
  3. Log in through Meta using Instagram or Facebook
  4. Select the business portfolio that owns your Instagram accounts and then the accounts to connect. Grant the requested permissions
  5. Return to Attendium, where the selected Instagram usernames appear in the user’s connections

Steps to reconnect Instagram

If a connection shows Reconnect required, reconnect it to restore access.

  1. Go to Settings (main menu) > Connections for your login, or Settings > Users > the user > Connections
  2. Select Reconnect for the Instagram username
  3. Select the same business portfolio and then all Instagram accounts you want to keep connected. Grant the requested permissions

Reconnecting updates all Instagram connections authorized together for that portfolio. Accounts you leave out are disconnected. To connect accounts from another portfolio, use Connect Instagram.

Steps to disconnect Instagram

  1. Go to Settings (main menu) > Connections for your login, or Settings > Users > the user > Connections
  2. Select Disconnect for the Instagram username
  3. Select Disconnect again to confirm

Only the selected Instagram connection is removed from Attendium. Other Instagram accounts connected together remain connected. You can connect it again later, including from a different Attendium login.

Delete Instagram data

To request deletion of your Instagram data from Attendium, email support@attendium.com. Include the Instagram usernames concerned and the email address you use to sign in to Attendium.

Delete your account
