Delete your account

Deleting the account ends access for everyone who uses it. If you only want to stop paying, disable auto renewal of your subscription instead. See Manage your subscription.

To delete the account, you need the Admin permission on the account. Learn more about Permissions.

Caution

Deleting the account removes everything in it: all events, venues, users and everything else associated with the account. This cannot be undone.

Steps to delete your account

1. Go to Settings (main menu) > Account > Delete
2. Select Delete

You are logged out once the account is deleted.
