Get support

Go to Support (main menu) to reach us from inside the app. The page offers these ways to get help:

• Help center — select Go to the help center to open these articles
• Chat — select Open chat to talk to us directly. The chat is shown when it is available
• Email — fill in Your name, Your email address and your message and then select Send email
• Phone & Zoom — book a call with our support team, see below

Book a phone or Zoom call

To book a support call, you need the Admin permission on the account. Learn more about Permissions.

On plans that include support by call, select Book a Zoom call or Book a phone call under Phone & Zoom and pick a time.

On other plans, the section lists the available paid calls with their length and price. Select Book on the call you want and complete the purchase. Then select Book call now to pick a time, and Download invoice PDF if you need the invoice.

Support calls cannot be booked in the iOS and Android apps. To book one, log in at attendium.com in a web browser. See Mobile app.
