The Attendium app for iOS and Android does almost everything the website does, so you can switch between your computer and your phone at any time. Get it from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your usual username and password.
Only in the app
- Scan — the Scan button next to the search field in Events (main menu) > your event > Guests opens the camera to scan tickets, passes and guest confirmations. The Scanning tab under More lets you choose whether a scanned ticket checks the guest in automatically. See Search and check in guests at an event
- Dedicated scanners — on Android, the app supports the built-in scanner of Zebra devices, so you can scan with the scanner button instead of the camera. Contact support before buying hardware to confirm that your device is supported

Only on the website
Because of the rules of the app stores, the app cannot handle payments to Attendium. Log in at attendium.com in a web browser to:
- Purchase or change a subscription
- Add, replace or delete the card under Payment methods
- Pay an invoice from Attendium
- Book a phone or Zoom call with support, including calls that are part of your plan (see Get support)
Your subscription applies to your account, so it is available in the app on all your devices as soon as you have bought it on the website.
