View sales invoices

The Invoices section lists the invoices and credit invoices your account has issued to ticket buyers as the seller. Every ticket order has an invoice, and every refund adds a credit invoice (see Manage orders and refunds). The invoices Attendium sends to you for your subscription are not here but in Settings (main menu) > Account > Invoices (see Pay invoices).

To see Sales, you need the Admin permission on the account. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to find an invoice

  1. Go to Sales (main menu) > Invoices
  2. Search by invoice number or ID, or select More to filter by Types (Invoice or Credit invoice), Created from and Created to
  3. Select the invoice

The invoice shows its number, ID, creation date and Order ID, the buyer and seller details, the items, Net and taxes when the invoice has tax, and Total. A refunded invoice shows Credited by invoice with the credit invoice, and a credit invoice shows Credits invoice with the invoice it refunds and the credited amount under Credit.

To clear the filters, select More > Reset.

Steps to download an invoice

  1. Go to Sales (main menu) > Invoices > the invoice
  2. Select Download invoice PDF

Steps to export invoices

  1. Go to Sales (main menu) > Invoices
  2. Apply any search and filters
  3. Select More > Export > Download

Every document is listed, so an export for a period sums to your net sales. Credit invoices appear as negative amounts.

Refund from an invoice

Every invoice except credit invoices has a Refund button. It shows the amount already credited and how much can still be refunded, and works the same way as refunding the order. See Manage orders and refunds.
