Edit or delete an invitation

Everything in an invitation can be changed after it has been created, even after you have shared it. Guests who open the link see the current version of the invitation.

Note
In Invitations, you can only see, edit and delete invitations you've created yourself. To let other users reuse your design and settings, share an invitation template. See Manage invitation templates.

Steps to find an invitation

Go to Invitations (main menu) > Open or Personal
Enter the description or the guest's name in Search invitations
Select Filters to limit the list to one Event and, on the Personal tab, to a Response

To clear the filters, select Filters > Reset.

The Guests column shows how many guests have signed up out of the maximum the invitation allows. An invitation with a guest list that is no longer available shows a warning with the number of issues.

Steps to edit an invitation

Go to Invitations (main menu) > Open or Personal > your invitation > Details
Change the settings. The invitation page as your guests see it is shown on the right (on narrower screens, select Preview)
Select Save

Guests who have already signed up stay in your event. The details page also has Send by email and Share. See Sharing invitations.

Steps to delete an invitation

Go to Invitations (main menu) > Open or Personal > your invitation > Delete
Select Delete to confirm

Caution
Deleting an invitation cannot be undone. The link stops working and anyone opening it is told that the invitation is no longer available. Guests who signed up before the deletion stay in your event.

Steps to delete several invitations

Go to Invitations (main menu) > Open or Personal
Select the Select button (below the list)
Select the invitations you want to delete, or All for every invitation matching your current search and filters
Select Actions > Delete
Select Delete to confirm
