Event Analytics combines real-time check-in figures with charts for one event. Use it to monitor attendance, compare guest groups, understand trends and export the figures.
NoteEvent analytics includes guest data you have the View guests permission for and guests you added yourself. Learn more about Permissions.
NoteFree figures in the tables and the export are shown when Track free guests is on or the event has free guests (see Add or import event guests).
Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Analytics. The Guest list additions table shows the current totals for the event and updates in real time while you are online.
Use the selectors next to Guest list additions to group the figures by guest list, who added the guests, or a combination of both. You can count either guests or names. John Smith +2 counts as three guests and one name.
The table shows total, free, checked-in and checked-in free figures. Use Search guest list additions to filter the displayed groups.
Deleted figures are shown separately after the current count. For example, 0 (+1 deleted) means one guest was deleted and none remain. Where a Max total guests or Max free guests limit applies to the selected grouping, the limit is shown after the total or free guests count, for example 8 / 10.
The Excel workbook includes every available Guest list additions grouping with both guest and name figures, and a Check-ins by user sheet. It is not limited by the current searches.
The Check-ins by user table below Guest list additions shows how many guests and free guests each user has checked in. It also updates in real time while you are online. Check-ins without a known user are shown as Unknown. Use Search check-ins by user to filter the displayed users.
Go to Events (main menu) > your event > Analytics and scroll below the tables. The charts cover check-in rate, estimated gender, guest list additions, invitation signups and check-ins over time.
Each chart has its own period selector. Charts with additional selectors can count guests or names and break the figures down in different ways.
For charts about additions, invitation signups, estimated gender and check-in rate, the period is based on when guests were added. For the check-in chart, it is based on when guests were checked in.
The estimated gender chart appears only when Gender estimation is enabled. Invitation signup locations are estimated from IP addresses. See Analytics for more about estimated data.
The Guest list additions and Check-ins by user tables update in real time while you are online. The charts refresh periodically. Below the last chart, Refreshed at shows the time of the latest refresh, and the info button next to it shows the refresh interval.
Historical charts can retain additions and check-ins for guests who were later deleted, while the tables show current figures with deleted counts separately. Different periods and refresh times can therefore make the figures differ.
For figures across every event you can access, see Analytics.
