If you control personal data of EU individuals, you need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Attendium for GDPR compliance. Accepting the agreement in the app makes it a legal contract: we record your account information and the date and time of acceptance, and sign the agreement automatically. The agreement starts when you accept it.
To accept the data processing agreement, you need the Admin permission on the account. Learn more about Permissions.
Once accepted, select View your data processing agreement to open the signed agreement.
When we update the agreement, the GDPR page says so and summarizes the changes. Your accepted version remains in force until you accept the new one. Select Accept the new version to accept it.
