To collaborate on a pass type, users need permission to access it. The user who signed up for the account automatically has the Admin permission on the account, which gives access to everything in it. Other users require explicit permissions to access pass types.
To manage pass type permissions, you need the Admin permission on the pass type. Learn more about Permissions.
Every user in your account is already in the list. Users without permissions on the pass type are shown greyed out.
To create new users, account admins can select Add user (below the user list) and then Manage users under Add internal users, or go to Settings (main menu) > Users. See Manage users.
See Giving external users access.
When you select a user, you can grant these permissions:
Admin — Full control over the pass type, including managing other users' permissions
View guests — See all passes on the pass type
Add guests — Add new passes to the pass type
Send messages — Send messages to pass holders, such as Push notifications
Permissions set on a pass type automatically apply to the guest lists in all events where it's linked, so you only need to set them once.
Individual users — Create a separate user for each colleague, partner, and promoter, so you can see who added or checked in each pass
Limit access appropriately — Grant only necessary permissions, especially for shared pass types used across multiple events
