Set account permissions

Permissions set on the account apply to everything in it. Use them for colleagues who should have the same access everywhere. For access to a single event or venue, set the permissions there instead (see Set event permissions).

To set account permissions, you need the Admin permission on the account. Learn more about Permissions.

Steps to set account permissions

  1. Go to Settings (main menu) > Account > Permissions
  2. Select a user. Every user in your account is listed
  3. In the panel on the right, select the permissions to grant (see Permissions for what each one allows)
  4. Select Save

To give access to a user from another account, select Add user (below the user list) and enter the person's username under Link an external user. Then select Select. See Giving external users access.

To create new users, select Add user and then Manage users, or go to Settings (main menu) > Users. See Manage users.

Disable a feature for a user

Go to Settings (main menu) > Account > Permissions and select a user. Below the permissions, some features of your plan, such as Logs, Data exports and Gender estimation, can be switched off for the selected user. Each one is Enabled by default, meaning the plan decides. Set it to Disabled to hide the feature from that user, or select Everyone (at the top of the user list) instead to disable it for the whole account. Set it back to Enabled to undo this.

See Analytics for what gender estimation is used for.
