An event in Attendium is a collection of guest lists containing guest names and custom fields. Events can span from a few hours in a single day to multiple days, giving you flexibility in organizing your guest management.
Single-day events work well when you don't need guests from one day visible on other days, while multi-day events are ideal for scenarios like festivals where guests might arrive on any day to pick up wristbands. Starting with one event per day keeps things simple and works better with the invitation system for RSVPs and ticket sales.
The Guests section of your event is where confirmed guests appear. You can add guests manually or they'll automatically appear when using the invitation system for RSVPs or ticket purchases. Attendium handles hundreds of thousands of guests efficiently.
Events enable real-time collaboration across multiple devices. While online, all check-ins and guest changes synchronize within seconds across all logged-in devices working on the same event. The app also works offline for the loaded event, allowing you to search and check in guests without internet connectivity, with changes syncing once reconnected.
You can grant colleagues, promoters, sponsors, and customers specific access permissions to your events, controlling exactly what data they can view. You can even limit users to seeing only the guests they've added, allowing them to track their own guests' check-in status.
Key capabilities include importing guests from various formats, creating custom guest lists with colors, setting up auto-messages for guest confirmations, tracking partial check-ins for groups, using event templates for recurring events, and optionally selling tickets through the platform.
